When will my order be shipped?

Each nail set is hand-painted and made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before they're ready to be shipped!

Do you offer custom nails?

Yes! Please use the custom order option under products with your
inspiration/design photos and you'll receive a pricing quote.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please contact us. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect the package immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
